Walk to School Day is October 7! This year there will be two meeting areas. Children will receive stickers and get a chance to sign our National Walk to School Board on arrival. Children will take the same transportation home as usual.
Meeting Point 1: Meet at Rockburn Branch Park Road, Elkridge at 8:15 a.m. We meet in the parking lot in front of the tennis courts and then use the sidewalk next to Rockburn Branch Park Road to walk to school. Map –https://www.google.com/maps/d/viewer…
Meeting Point 2: Meet at the intersection of Bellanca and Avalon Drive at 8:15 a.m. Parents will walk with their children by following Bellanca to Montgomery Road. Parents will create a safe environment for children to cross Montgomery Road to the sidewalk and walk to Rockburn. Map –https://www.google.com/maps/d/edit…
Feel free to safely meet up with other neighbors from a location of your choosing. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
